David de Gea has tipped Marcus Rashford to 'make history' at Manchester United after the teenager's goalscoring exploits continued against Aston Villa.
Rashford made it seven in 12 against the Premier League 's basement club on Saturday with a tidy finish from Antonio Valencia's drilled cross.
The 18-year-old has scored in three competitions already for United during his stint as the club's centre forward and is in line to start in next week's FA Cup semi-final at Wembley.
De Gea, who signed a new contract with United in the summer, hopes Wythenshawe lad Rashford stays at Old Trafford for 'many years'.
He told MUTV: "It's unbelievable, no? This player is really young and he's scored many goals. Hopefully, for many years, he'll be in this club and can make history for the club as well.
"He's a shy guy, a really good lad and a good team-mate. He's a really good guy."
